What is Kwikpay?

Kwikpay is online platform that enables prepaid top up for various services in 3 simple and easy steps through our android and IoS apps. The Kwikpay philosophy is to make the top up process as convenient and fast as possible so that you can focus on the more important aspects of your life.

How does it work?

Download the Kwikpay app, Choose the service you are looking to top up;

Step 1- Enter details like mobile number and operator you are looking to top up;
Step 2- Choose the amount you would like to top up for;
Step 3- Pay securely.

How do I top up my Mobile?

At Kwikpay it's our constant endeavor to make the top up process as easy and convenient as possible so that you can focus on the more important aspects of your life. In a large number of operators the top up is applied directly to your account. In case of some of MVNO operators and gaming services, you will receive a 14- 20 digit pin on the app as well as on your registered email address; simply follow the instructions of the operator to use this pin. Kwikpay accepts payment from valid UK credit or debit cards powered by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB & Paypal

I Haven't Received my top up PIN

Your PIN is displayed at the end of the successful transaction on the screen, however if you have missed that, do not sweat as it has been emailed to your registered email address and also available for you to see at any time in your account under my transactions.

My PIN does Not work?

The pins are directly sourced from the respective operator hence please follow the process defined by the operator to use the pin, for further details on the same please click here.

How do I use my PIN?

The process of top up by the pin is as defined by the operator for whom you have ordered the pin. More details on the same are available here.

I have ordered a wrong operator code

Top up codes are unique codes that can be issued only once. Once a code is issued, the code cannot be resold. We cannot determine whether a code has already been used or it will be used in the future. Hence we are unable to return the code once ordered.
